Our children’s ministry check-in team ensures a smooth and safe process for parents to sign in their children on Sunday mornings.

Our greeters are stationed at both of our main entrances on Sundays to ensure that every person is warmly greeted and to direct newcomers as needed. We believe that the simple service of holding the door communicates volumes to those attending. It’s our way of saying, “We’ve been expecting you. Welcome home."

This team manages and develops the Northlands websites providing a intuitive user experience and delivering quality content that inspires, engages and equips our online audience.

The projection team operate the equipment necessary to display live video and graphics that are needed to enhance the service. They focus on enhancing and delivering the worship and the message, creating visual appeal, focusing attention, and supporting the communicator.

The broadcast team is responsible for running and operating all auditorium filming equipment. This team produces and manages the live stream of services on Northlands.tv .

The sound team is responsible for the set-up, monitoring, and adjustment of all auditorium audio equipment. Their role is to support the band, preacher, and all on-stage personnel. They enhance the service through audio - focusing attention while removing distractions.

Church-wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence. This team serves as a resource for ministry grace teams that are planning an event in the areas of set up/teardown, décor, refreshments and logistics as needed.

This team of trained intercessors covers the Sunday services and special events in prayer. They spend time in prayer for burdens or requests made by church leaders and members and they are sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

This team is a group of trained volunteers who pray and minister during or after Sunday services and special events. The team uses their grace of prophecy and words of knowledge from the Holy Spirit, invitations that emerge during a service gathering or specific requests of individuals in need. They also spend time waiting on the Lord outside of service times for any specific areas He may identify for corporate gatherings or individuals. This team also works together to give an overview of what the Lord is saying to Northlands on a monthly basis.

The worship team at Northlands is a group of gifted musicians, creative songwriters and passionate worship leaders. This team leads worship during Sunday morning services and special events. Northlands worship cultivates an atmosphere of transformation and encountering God’s spectacular presence.

Ignite is the youth ministry of Northlands Church. High school and middle school students gather every Sunday night to connect, grow and lead. Saturday night services includes discipleship group interaction, amazing worship and a message from one of our Ignite leaders, plus an opportunity to hang out, meet new friends and play some games. It also gives our students an opportunity to serve as part of our worship team, media team or student leader team.

RiverZone is a high-energy Sunday morning service specifically designed for elementary students. The RiverZone team is passionate about developing a love for God’s power and presence in the hearts of Kindergarteners through 5th graders. Through engaging worship, dynamic teaching and fun-filled activities, RiverZone students discover the adventure of God’s Word.

Preschoolers love to learn and play, which is why the J.A.M Club (Jesus And Me Club) team creates an exciting and interactive environment where preschoolers can learn about Jesus. They provide short illustrated Bible lessons reinforced with age appropriate crafts, games and activities.

Northlands believes in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our littlest members. Little Lambs is designed for infants up to 23 months. Our qualified volunteers create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus early on. While parents enjoy the Sunday service, they can rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment.

This team works diligently behind the scenes to support our spirit of excellence by maintaining the physical building where we hold our meetings. They watch over the maintenance of the building and coordinate efforts where specialized professionals are needed.

Our ushers help set the tone in the auditorium for an enjoyable worship service. This team prepares people for a positive experience by welcoming and assisting them to a seat, facilitating the offering and communion, and maintaining a distraction-free environment.
