Northlands School Of Ministry
To encourage, grow, and sharpen competent ministers of the Gospel.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe that New Testament discipleship training places profound emphasis on the ongoing process of becoming Spirit-led ministers, dependent on God's competence rather than human effort.
Our method of equipping focuses on New Covenant teaching — imparting knowledge that releases believers from legalism and empowers them through the life-giving Spirit. This process involves becoming well-versed in partnering with the Holy Spirit through repeated practice. We teach faith and prayer as essential components of the student’s growth, encouraging bold faith in pursuit of wholeness, miracles, and Kingdom advancement.
Instruction is not passive; students learn by doing, modeled after Jesus' equipping of the disciples, ensuring that theological knowledge leads to practical application in the power of the Spirit.

Spring 2026 Courses Offered
Servant Leadership
By definition, a leader will have followers. Jesus himself led with both authority and humility. He also understood the essential value of taking care of his own soul. In this course, we will look at what it means to be a leader who serves and creates a culture that empowers others. We will talk about the value of leading ourselves well so that we can celebrate others. Together, we will look at some of the essential leadership principles Jesus demonstrated in the gospels. Come and learn with us how to be servant leaders in your sphere of influence.
The Spring 2026 semester begins Wednesday, February 18, 2026 and ends April 22, 2026. Class meets weekly for 10 weeks from 7pm to 9:15pm.
In Christ: A Journey into Identity and Purpose
This 10-week course is designed to explore the powerful truth of our union with Jesus Christ. Through teaching, discussion, activities and ministry, participants will discover what it means to be a new creation, understand their identity as sons and daughters of God, and walk confidently in their purpose and calling. This course emphasizes living from Christ’s finished work rather than striving for acceptance. Students will be equipped to live daily from their position in Christ, grow in spiritual maturity, and effectively bring the kingdom to their sphere of influence.
