Northlands Elders
We see throughout the New Testaments scriptures that the highest form of governance in the local church are Elders. The function for an Elder is to govern, guide, and guard the church community as spiritual oversight and to equip each member for works of ministry.
DEACONS
We see in the New Testament that Deacons were established in the early church to bring unity among the church body, to serve and bring support to the needs of the members, and to be full of faith and the Holy Spirit. Deacons are champions of vision that lead and serve among the people.
