I have been trying to stand my ground in a battle with anxiety that has affected me in body, mind, and spirit for several months. Multiple people from the prayer team have stood with me through prayer and encouraging words. One evening, a team member who was ministering to me looked at me and with such clarity said, “No condemnation.”
That night, I startled awake to an uninvited, troubling thought. Immediately, from deep within me arose this: "No. That is condemnation, and we said 'No' to condemnation." I effortlessly fell right back to peaceful sleep for the remainder of the night.
