I was having trouble at work, my family’s car broke down, and then we lost our baby at 21 weeks pregnant. We were numb. I couldn’t even cry. We were emotionally spent and we didn’t even know what to pray.
During worship one Sunday, God showed me the box I would make for our baby, and the tears flowed. He was giving me a way to move forward through tears and service. Then at the end of the service, my wife and I went forward for prayer. During prayer, without prompting, the team asked if we had car problems, then God prompted a gift that funded the repairs fully. We left convinced that, "Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." Psalm 34:19
