A year and a half ago, I suffered a shattered and dislocated ankle complicated by five separate breaks in the same lower leg. There was a 50% chance I would lose my foot. The surgeon bolted my ankle and leg back together. Three surgeries complicated by a serious infection resulted in all hardware having to be removed.
God worked through my orthopedic surgeon to restore my ankle and leg. I still have my foot and I’ve walked into this precious church each Sunday for the last 12 months. I’m not pain free and am still going through certain treatments, however, God isn’t finished. I thank Him for His continued healing. I want to thank this body of Christ for your prayers, and I especially want to thank God for an incredibly supportive and loving bride.
