All You Need is Love
God's kingdom is built on love.
"And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NIV)
One of the most well known passages in the Bible is 1 Corinthians, chapter 13. It basically says that without love, everything we do and everything we are means nothing. Love is the glue that holds the world together, and it is the rock that God’s Kingdom was built on.
The greatest attribute of God is His love. He is a Father who wants nothing more than to show His precious children just how much he cares for them. Love is His priority. God’s motivation— for healing, mercy, grace, acceptance, freedom, prophecy, ministry, and everything else in between —is love.
And God loves us so that we may love others. He clearly states in 1 Corinthians 13:13 that love is even greater than hope and faith.
The next time life seems hard or tiring, remember that God loves us and His main goal is to make us aware of that love. It’s the foundation of His kingdom in us.

Father God, thank you for lavishing Your love upon us. We are so grateful that it is our inheritance! We receive Your love. Use us to share it with others. Thank you, Father. Amen.
