Earlier this year, LeTomas’s dad went to the hospital with 100 pounds of extra fluid in his body. His foot burst open due to the excess fluid. He ended up having a quadruple bypass open heart surgery and the doctors were recommending a foot amputation. The doctors didn’t think he’d survive the surgery. Today, his heart is healed, he is walking with a cane, and his foot is still in the healing process and has not been amputated.
