I tornado hit while I was driving home late one evening. The sky opened and it was raining so hard that I couldn’t see in front of me and I thought someone might hit me. After that, every time it would rain my heart rate would increase and I would get scared that something similar would happen again.
I shared this with a friend and she prayed for peace. The fear left immediately and hasn't returned.
